The Nitecore i8 Intellicharger is an intelligent battery charger with eight battery slots. The charger supports Li-ion, IMR, Ni-MH, and Ni-Cd battery chemistries. The charger provides output currents of 1.5A x 2, 1A x 4, 0.75A x 4, and 0.5A x 8. The charger features Active Current Distribution (ACD) technology, automatic battery detection, and automatic voltage and charging mode selection. The charger features LED indicators that show the charging status, with a red light indicating that charging is in progress and a green light indicating that charging is complete. The charger includes reverse-polarity protection and short-circuit protection, with a flashing red indicator above the affected bay to indicate an error. The charger is constructed from flame-retardant, fire-resistant PC materials and features a grill design for improved heat dissipation. Batteries under 60mm in length are automatically identified as small-capacity batteries and charged at 500mA. The charger comes with a 3-pin UK plug.
