Secure DPD Delivery
For enhanced security and tracking, we use DPD’s PIN delivery service for your parcel(s).
You will receive a unique PIN from DPD, which you must provide to the courier when your parcel is delivered. Your parcel cannot be left in a safe place or unattended.
DPD will make up to two delivery attempts and will notify you about each attempt. If both attempts are unsuccessful, your parcel(s) will be returned to us.
If a parcel is missplaced, misshandled, lost or stolen we can only help with the problem if we are contacted within 14 days of the incident.
If your parcel is returned, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Please note that you will need to pay the delivery charge again, along with the return-to-sender costs incurred by us. This can effectively result in double the original delivery charge.
To avoid additional charges, please make sure someone is available to receive your parcel and provide the DPD PIN at the time of delivery.
Next Day Standard Delivery: 1 -2 Working Days
- Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day.
- Orders placed after 3pm will be processed on the next working day.
Free Delivery: Order Value Over £200
- Free delivery on orders exceeding £200.
Delivery Charge: Order Less Than £200
- £7.99 delivery charge for orders less than £200.
Order Processing Time and Shipping Days:
- Orders made on Fridays after 3pm may not ship until the next working day.
- Friday orders may take 1-2 business working days to arrive.
Weekend Closure:
- We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays for shipping orders.
BT Postcode Only: Northern Ireland
- Northern Ireland: £15 (2-3 Working Days)
- No free delivery available for BT postcode customers.
